It wasn't long before he owned one of the top brokerages in the country, closing in excess of $1.6 billion in home sales yearly.
This success led him to become CEO of Harcourts International, one of the fastest-growing real estate companies worldwide, where they opened 600+ offices in 10 counties in just 5 years under his guidance.
In the midst of the COVID pandemic in 2020, Aaron’s wife Justine turned to him with an idea. She knew there had to be a better way for agents to learn and grow their businesses than what was out there. Together, they created SellWell and set out to make Aaron’s sales method available and approachable for agents at all levels in their careers.
